2. Accounts and Access

You must create an account to use DocumentBrain. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Subscriptions

Payment is required to access paid features of DocumentBrain. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DocumentBrain, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Data Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload to DocumentBrain. We do not claim ownership of your data. By uploading, you grant us the limited right to process and analyze your documents solely for the purpose of providing our services. If you delete your documents, they are permanently removed from our systems.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse DocumentBrain, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, or using the service in violation of applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocumentBrain is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocumentBrain and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months prior to the claim.

7. Modifications to the Service

We may update, change, or discontinue features of DocumentBrain at any time to improve performance, security, or usability. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
